Desun Photo Card
When you step into DESUN, you are provided with a CARD (which is like a credit card with your picture on it) against a registration of Rs.100.
You will get your picture taken in the reception and within 10-15 mins.
You will be provided with your very own OPD card.
Here you are automatically put into any one of the four categories:
Blue Card
With DESUN BLUE CARD you are now a part of the DESUN family.
- 10% discount on all OPD investigations
- You will get the benefit of home collection for pathology samples for free (within 10 kms).
- No deposit needed during emergency admission for DESUN CARD HOLDERS (however deposit must be made within 24 hours of admission)
Neighbourhood Card
If you reside within 3 kms of DESUN, you are eligible to get DESUN- 15% discount on all investigations done at the hospital OPD.
- Home collection for pathology samples free of cost
- Ambulance pick up free of cost for emergency admission at DESUN
- No deposit required during emergency admission to DESUN (however deposit must be made within 24 hours of admission)
Senior Citizen Card
If you are 60 years and above, you will be eligible for DESUN SENIOR CITIZEN card and the following benefits:
- 20% discount on all investigations done at the hospital OPD
- No deposit required during emergency admission. (however deposit must be made within 24 hours of admission)
- Free home collection of pathology samples (within 10 kms)
Senior Citizen Neighbourhood Card
If you are 60 years and above and you live in the neighbourhood (i.e within 3 kms of DESUN) you are eligible for this card and the following benefits:
- 20% discount on all investigations done at the hospital OPD
- Home collection for pathology samples free of cost
- Ambulance pick up free for emergency admission to DESUN
- No deposit required during emergency admission (however deposit must be made within 24 hours of admission)
How will you get your OPD card?
Visit the hospital anytime between 8 am-8 pm and contact reception.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- ALL OPD CARDS ARE VALID FOR A PERIOD OF 1 YEAR FROM THE DAY OF REGISTRATION. (TERMS AND CONDITION MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.)
- CARDS ARE NON TRANSFERABLE.
- NO COMPOUNDING OF CARD BENEFITS (i.e only one benefit can be taken at a time)
- NOT APPLICABLE FOR DIFFERENT DISCOUNT SCHEMES OF THE HOSPITAL
