Food for Health and Fitness


Low carbohydrate and adequate calorie, filling food helps us to maintain right body weight, stay energetic and strong. Start your day with a healthy breakfast as per your activity level and body weight and stay energetic the entire day.

Consume healthy food. Avoid canned and ready to eat (heat and eat) food items, aerated drinks, carbonated drinks and colas, junk food.

Eat fresh fruits, seasonal fruits, vegetables, dairy based food; animal protein and meat based food (avoid packaged meat that is stored over long period of time, do not refrigerate for long)
