  • It is best to avoid high traffic areas while walking and take areas that have lesser traffic
  • Avoid working out during the time when the air pollution is high
  • Check your vehicle emission level and make others aware
  • Using public transport, car pool helps the cause of reducing air pollution by reducing number of vehicles playing on street
  • Do not smoke indoors or in public places
  • Home and office air-purifier system is helpful
  • Use wearable air pollution safety devices and keep those clean
  • Consume jaggery, honey, tulsi etc to keep lungs cleaner and healthy
