14 Points to Reduce Chances of Brain Stroke

  • Keep blood pressure in control

  • Diabetics keep blood sugar level in control and follow medical advice

  • Avoid being obese and manage excess body weight, try to maintain healthy body weight

  • Quit smoking and limit alcohol consumption , follow medical advice

  • Daily workout is required, walk 3 km daily. It is best to walk 10,000 steps in whole day through various regular walking activity and brisk walking for upto 30 minutes (as health permits and medical advice)

  • Avoid excess oily food, trans-fat, unhealthy fat. Consume healthy fat

  • Do not avoid diseases and get required medical care
